Youhou on est arrivé à Sydney et la surprise c'est qu'Emmy est venu nous chercher!!! Vraiment genial! Nous voilà donc de retour en Australie et la je dois bien avouer que si se dire que les vacances sont terminées est difficile, être ici est sacrement plaisant! Avec des potes, dans un pays anglophone, avec un Woolworth plein de chocolat... on se fait un petit dej royal, puis un déjeuner royal, bref, on est pas bien là?!!
Yeepee here we are in Sydney and Emmy surprised us by coming to pick us up, an angel, awsome! So that's us, back in Australia! Ending holidays is always a bit sad but being here is awfully great! With friends, in an english speaking country, and a woolworth full of chocolate... we cook a king breakfast and then a king lunch, what could be better?
Vendredi a été très productif. Pendant que je récupèrais mon nouveau passeport Andrew cherchait une nouvelle voiture. Et nous sommes tous les 2 revenus gagnants! Moi j'ai pu garder mon ancien passeport grâce à mon visa toujours en cours. Sans être particulierement materialiste ni fêtichiste, je dois dire que quitter mon passeport après mes 10ans de voyages me degoutait au plus au point. Donc youpi tralala. Andrew m'emmène voir la voiture repérée et on l'achète. Nous voilà donc propriétaire d'une Nissan Pulsar noir qui nous emmenera hors de Sydney! On décide donc de partir dimanche!
We were very efficient on friday. While I was at the french consulate to pick up my new passport, Andrew was looking for a car to buy. And both came back satisfied! I could keep my old passport since my australian visa is still running. Im neither a material girl nor fetishist but having to give away my passport after 10years of travels was deeply upsetting. So happy happy! Andrew takes me to see the car he checked out and we buy it. We are now owners of a black 1999 Nissan Pulsar which will take us outside Sydney! We therefore decide to leave on sunday!
Samedi était genial. On s'est debarassé du bébé hahaha et avons kidnappé Emmy pour une journée filles fun et relax! Tout d'abord à Bondi pour le farmer market où on déjeune une raclette, super super bonne! Puis dans un café pour du vin blanc avec Michelle qui nous a rejoint à Bondi. Le temps est parfait et l'océan sublime. Puis on va à Surry Hills pour un peu plus de vin et un plateau de fromage et un plateau de charcuterie, je suis aux anges, et on termine la journée à Newton pour un burger / poulet à leur endroit préféré. Là on est sympa quand même, on a recuperé Andrew! Super journée et voir Michelle en dehors d'Alice springs et en dehors du travail était genial! Merci pour cette superbe journée!
Saturday was great. We got rid of the baby hahaha and kidnapped Emmy way was a girly relaxing fun day! First to Bondi for the farmer market and a raclette lunch, OMG soooooo good! Then some white whine with Michelle who joined us at bondi. The weather is perfect and the ocean beautiful! Then off to Surry Hill for some more wine and cheese platter and cold cut platter, im the happiest, and we finish the day in Newton for some burger and chicken in their favorite place. at this point we were nice and got Andrew back with us! What a great day! And seeing Michelle outside Alice Springs and outside work was awsome! Thanks all for the perfect day!
